Remote Work

Our office is located in central downtown Toronto. We operate primarily as a remote organization. This role will require some in-office training during the first three months. Overall we are a remote company with some mandatory in office days on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for specific meetings and social events.

  • There will be hybrid schedule for the first three months of training
  • Must be able to come into the office when required or when asked for training 
  • Must be able to attend in-person meetings when applicable

Job Description

The Account Executive role will work directly with Tennis's Executive Director and Design Director to prospect, build a pipeline, quote, and close new business. This Account Executive role has a lot of potential for a successful candidate to expand and grow the role into a department.

Operationally

  • Experience managing a CRM and creating their own processes and approach
  • Experience with Apollo
  • Proactive
  • Cross Functional Communication
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Utilizing video in the sales process (Loom)

Nice to haves

  • Have targeted senior marketers and/or Directors/C suite
  • Experience working with companies in the 100-500 employee range
  • Web/Technology/Design experience

Success will be measured by the rep's ability to hit their sales and activity targets. Compensation will be a mix of base + commission on closed sales.
