AlphaCCO validated their business model and platform but user feedback was that the platform was still challenging and there was friction in the user experience which was a detractor for onboarding and keeping existing clients.
The company's overall vision is to simplify and digitize compliance for financial firms. Digitizing compliance means the compliance platform needs to be a single source of truth for everything compliance related so that financial firms can spend more time focusing on their business.
By engaging with Tennis AlphaCCO was able to substantially improve the user experience through UX consulting, and fractional UX services. Tennis designed and built the current iteration of the AlphaCCO compliance platform.
